Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled activity date: 75% refund.
- Cancellation between 72 hours to 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation 48 hours or less prior to the scheduled activity date: 0% refund.
Inclement Weather: In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, we are committed to providing you with the option to reschedule your dive experience for a later date, at your convenience.
Important Information: Please take note of the following important points:
- Medical Conditions: Before participating in our scuba diving activities, it is crucial to consider any medical conditions that may affect your ability to dive safely. Ensure you meet the necessary health requirements.
- Scuba Diving: We encourage all participants to familiarize themselves with the rules and guidelines of scuba diving, including safety procedures and equipment usage.
- Age Restrictions: There may be age restrictions in place for certain activities, so please check the specific requirements for your chosen experience.( + 15 and above)
- Liability: Please be aware of your responsibilities and liabilities as a participant in our activities. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all guests to adhere to safety protocols.
In cases where rescheduling is not a viable option or for any other valid reason, we will provide a full refund of the total amount paid by the guest. However, this refund will be adjusted to account for any costs associated with activities that the guest has already participated in, such as pool training or boat journeys.
